カナダBC州在住者の方はご存知の通り、先日の暴風雨の影響で、アボッツフォードやチリワックなど州の一部では大規模な洪水や地滑りが発生しました。

州によると、今回の洪水の影響で避難した人は約17,775人にものぼります。

カナダBC州政府は広範囲にわたる被害からの州全体の対応と回復を支援するために、11月17日に緊急事態宣言を発令。（緊急事態宣言は14日間有効で延長の可能性もあります）

これにより、運輸インフラ省やEmergency Management BC、RCMPなどの機関が人々やコミュニティを保護するために特別な措置を講じることができるようになりました。

運輸インフラ大臣のロブフレミング氏によると、焦点は物流を動かすための道路の開通、修理、再開にあるとのことで、今も多くの人によって災害の対応が続けられています。

今回は、11月20日（土）時点で発令されている行動制限、そして被害を受けた方の支援方法を紹介します。

洪水や地滑りの影響を大きく受けた高速道路を利用する不要不急の移動を禁止

A new order is now in effect prohibiting non-essential travel along highways severely impacted by flooding and landslides, including parts of Hwy 3, Hwy 7 & Hwy 99. 洪水や地滑りの影響で損傷している以下のハイウェイを使って、地域への不要不急な移動はしないように命令が出ています。

災害対応を行う車両のガソリンを確保するため、ロワーメインランドを含む州の以下の地域での車両燃料の購入を制限する命令が12月14日まで有効となっています。

災害対応を行わない車両の1回の給油は30リットルまでとなっているので、協力しましょう。
